We'll promptly process a refund for the full purchase price, which will be promptly credited back to you in your original currency. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority, we are here to ensure that you're a happy customer!
We also have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return (postmarked receipt). Please ensure you read the instructions for use of our product carefully, it means you are totally prepared dude!
And we will accept the return the product under ALL circumstances if it:

At-home gel nail polish has special requirements for use (such as UV Lamps for drying our Gel Nail Polish) and nail polish and removal products require storage and handling with care. Parcels should not be left in locations where extreme heat may affect the product, please be mindful when choosing your ultimate destination of the environment.
All parcels are sent with a 'No Signature Required' delivery service. So if no one is home at the time of delivery and the driver deems the area safe to leave, the parcel will automatically be left in a safe location at the address. Places to check are in the letterbox, around the front of your home - especially behind bins/pot plants/fences and under doormats!
If there is no sign of your parcel please also check in with members of your household, body corporate/building management and even with your neighbours who may have collected this for you for safekeeping. Once you have checked all possible delivery locations and still had have no luck in finding your parcel, please give us a call or send us an email so we can investigate further with the Australia Post! Please let us know the tracking number in the email you receive from Australia Post it helps us help you! Please don’t panic, we’ll make sure your goodies are located one way or another!
Your UV Lamps are portable and delicate. Please take care with the legs and cords as they may break if forced.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, intact, and in its original packaging. Glossy Boys Pty Ltd will always refund any good that is not safe.
To start a return, you can contact us at Lads@glossyboys.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns
Our refund policy is 30 Days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Lads@glossyboys.com.au and send your item to: PO Box 682, Swanbourne, WA 6010.
Shipping
PRE-ORDERS - You are rad my friend! Thank you for your kind patience whilst we get through pre-orders! 4-6 weeks are possible but we will get there fast as our rad hands can fly!

AUSTRALIA WIDE: Usually! Our products are shipped within 2-3 Days using Australia Post our or standard mail carrier, note some delays may come over holiday periods, such as public holidays and busy periods that affect shipping outside of our control dude! Please note, that when it leaves our hands we will provide tracking by our shipping carrier but don't have control of their journey. We do our best to ship your product as soon as possible and take great care getting your product to you, be mindful you are purchasing from a small business, as such we are with you every step of the way. To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 682, Swanbourne, WA 6010. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Good vibes rule! Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Once the shipping service has dropped off your parcel it is no longer tracked and not our responsibility, please take care to nominate a safe location or arrange to pick up a parcel at a secure point if you are worried. All care will be taken and we welcome your feedback, but we are not responsible after the package has left the shipping service. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (our products are beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
